Cheer Camp

The Irene Wakonda Cheerleaders are going to host a cheer camp on Saturday February 5th at the Double Header Basketball Games in Irene against Menno. The camp will start at 11:00. We will learn cheers, stunts, and routines and then later will perform at the half time of the games. Varsity Girls start at 3:15 and Varsity Boys start at 4:30. There will be 3 groups of ages: Preschool-1st Grade; 2nd-3rd Grade; 4th -6th Grade.
The Preschool – 1st Grade will perform during the Girls Varsity Game and 2nd – 6th Grade will perform during the Boys Varsity Game. The cost of the camp is $25.00. The students are asked to wear shorts and tennis shoes; kids will be getting a T-shirt to wear at the games. We will be serving pizza for lunch and we will be providing a snack as well.
If interested in participating in this camp, please contact Mrs. Metheny by January 31st. This is the deadline. I am ordering t-shirts so you must have the registration into me by this date!
