Trey King named South Dakota All-American for Football

All 7 classes in Football voted for 1 All-American in their class at the State Championship Meetings, Trey was selected as the 9AA representative. At a later date, they took all 7 names and selected 2 to be All-American’s while the other 5 would be listed as Honorable Mentions. This years All-Americans were Trey King & Tupak Kpeayeh. This is a first for Irene/Wakonda.
Brent Mutchelknaus will also be inducted into the Hall of Fame for the SDFBCA.
OC Heitman of Wakonda will also be inducted into the Hall of Fame for the SDFBCA.
