The doubleheader against B-E will be played on Friday starting at 4:00 with the JV girls. JV boys at 5:00, Varsity girls at 6:15 and varsity boys to follow.
The games scheduled for tonight at Emery have been postponed. No reschedule date has been set. Also, the boys will play at Armour on Saturday at 5:30 vs. Corsica-Stickney in the Great Plains Classic.
FCCLA is hosting a chili cook-off tonight at the basketball game. For $5, you get a bowl and spoon and can try any or all the entries and pick your favorite.
The FCCLA is collecting items for Birthday bags. Items needed: boxed cake mix, frosting and 9x13 foil pans. We are hoping to have everything by Feb 27th.

Monday night the Northwestern vs. Mount Marty JV women and men play in Irene at 6:00 and 7:30. Free admission. Come check out some college basketball in Irene.
All Girls basketball players, and JV and C boys will leave at 2:45, dismissed after 6th hour. We will pick up student managers in Wakonda at 2:55. Cheerleaders, varsity boys, and stats will leave at 5:00 from Irene.
Reminder: There will be a spring baseball meeting for grades 7-12 students and parents that are interested. The meeting will be in the Irene library at 2:00pm today.
Due to sickness and injuries there will be no JV girls game tomorrow. Schedule will be 5:00-JV Boys, 6:15-Var Girls, 7:45-Var Boys in Gayville's main gym.
There will be "C" games at Freeman on Tuesday starting at 4:00. Bus will leave at 2:45. On Friday in Gayville, the JV Girls game will only be 2 quarters starting at 5:00.
Due to the potential for bad weather tonight, the games are postponed until tomorrow at noon. Both JV games will start at noon vs. Avon. Girls varsity at 1:15 or so and Varsity boys to follow.
Please remember proper protocol for kids at BB games. Kids should be seated with parents or in the student section. The court is off limits unless participating in a school sponsored activity.

Girls basketball parents meeting is Sunday at 5:30 in the big gym. Open gym will follow at 6:00. Practice Monday will be 6AM due to JH games after school. Morning practice will be for girls in grades 7-12.
